Archer (winner of the week #2 TOP PERFORMANCE aka GOAT AWARD) demonstrating appropriate “POSITIONing” which was practiced ALL week. His form is absolutely picture perfect! Looking forward to seeing how he applies it on the soccer field this year!

And just like that, we wrapped up our FIRST full month of Evolve Performance & Conditioning training camp!

In addition to the expected physical progress, one of my GOALS with introducing this TRAINING CAMP was to promote growth in specific intangible qualities which can get overlooked, but in my opinion are equally, if not MORE important than the accolades that are generally celebrated. Therefore, one player from each group that demonstrated consistency in each category was presented the “GOAT Award” at the end of the week. I wish I could have given them out to all the players because they were ALL AWESOME!

Day V: Conclusion with Application to Sport
