really?
not the version where you’re “fine”
and everything is good
the one underneath that
the one where your mind doesn’t fully shut off
where your body is constantly bracing
where even when things feel calm, you’re still not fully settled
i see this a lot in women who look like they have it all together on the outside
but internally they feel wired, overwhelmed, or disconnected
it’s not something you can think your way out of
it’s your nervous system
and the shift doesn’t happen until your body actually experiences something different
that’s the work i do
helping you reconnect
shift the pattern
and move out of that constant state of tension
