It’s “Nurse Week” for ICU residents Dr. Luke, Dr. Bandamede (FM), and Dr. Mardhekar! The nurses are teaching them to place pIVs, NGTs, foleys, etc. For each successful attempt they received a trophy 😄

Grateful for the camaraderie between our nurses and residents—working side by side, learning from one another, and growing together to provide the best care for our patients. Teamwork truly makes all the difference and makes time in the trenches fun & go by that much faster! 🏆
