The team provided resources to parents and information on how to register for our primary care services at the school. The school-based team is proud to be able to provide convenient healthcare, so parents and students don't have to carry the burden of missing work or school.

📱 1. Give growing eyes regular screen breaks.
Encourage the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, have your child look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Regular breaks can help reduce digital eye strain and dry eyes.

🕶️ 2. Protect their eyes during play.
Whether they're playing sports or spending time outdoors, children should wear protective eyewear when appropriate and sunglasses with 100% UV protection to help prevent eye injuries and protect against sun damage.

👁️ 3. Schedule a yearly eye exam.
Annual eye exams can detect vision problems early, even before your child notices symptoms.
