Our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents at The Claiborne at Gulfport had a wonderful time participating in a senior Tai Chi class sponsored by Fox Therapy! 🌿✨

Everyone enjoyed gentle movement, learning new techniques, and spending time together while focusing on balance, flexibility, and wellness. We are so grateful to Fox Therapy for bringing this wonderful experience to our residents! 🥰
