After experiencing a left-sided CVA, Gordon began his journey with us and his progress has been nothing short of inspiring. Through consistent effort, determination, and trust in the process, he has made tremendous strides in his strength, mobility, and independence.
Recovery isn’t easy, but Gordon shows up, puts in the work, and continues to push forward every day. His journey is a true reminder that progress takes time, patience, and perseverance.
We are so proud to be part of his story!

Some foods and drinks can be a little tough on the bladder and may make urgency or frequency worse. Coffee, soda, citrus, alcohol, spicy foods, chocolate, and artificial sweeteners are common triggers. Pay attention to what your body reacts to and make swaps that feel good for you!
