👶 Prepared Childbirth: Dive into relaxation techniques, signs and stages of labor, pain relief, anesthesia, c-sections, VBACs, and basic infant care. Plus, enjoy a tour of our Labor & Delivery area!
🤱 Breastfeeding Class: Discover the techniques and benefits of breastfeeding, with additional consultation and support available from Memorial Birthplace.
👨👩👧 Parenting Class: Equip yourself with essential skills for your baby’s first year, covering newborn care, safety issues, and choosing responsible daycare. Offered quarterly.
❤️🩹 Infant CPR Class: This comprehensive, two-hour class covers CPR and choking. Offered monthly for $35 per couple, based on your due date. Pre-registration and pre-payment required.
