Some chapters are harder to close than others. đź’™
I’ve sat down to write this post more times than I can count, and every time, I struggle to find the words.
Because how do you summarize years of your life, thousands of patient encounters, countless relationships, a whole lot of blood, sweat, and tears, and something you built from absolutely nothing into a few paragraphs?
But here goes.
CLIMB PT + Wellness has officially been acquired by 903 PT.
When I opened CLIMB, I had a vision. I wanted to create something different. Something personal. A place where people felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
I wanted to build a business that made a difference.
What I didn’t realize was how much this business would change me.
CLIMB has seen me through some of the greatest highs and hardest seasons of my life. There were days I felt on top of the world and days I wondered what in the world I had gotten myself into.
There were sleepless nights, hard decisions, lessons learned the expensive way, and moments when I questioned everything.
But then there were the patients who walked back through our doors just to say thank you.
The ones who told us we gave them their lives back.
The athletes who returned to the sports they loved.
The families who trusted us with their children, parents, and grandparents.
The friendships that started inside four clinic walls and became so much more.
Those are the moments I’ll carry with me forever.
I am unbelievably proud of what we built in this little town. And I say we because CLIMB was never just me. It was every team member who gave their heart to this place, every patient who trusted us, every referral partner, and every person who supported my dream.
I will forever be grateful.
As I hand over the physical therapy practice to 903, I do so with genuine excitement for what they can build here. I’ll be staying on for the next several months to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
And while this chapter is coming to a close, I’m not disappearing. I still have a whole lot of passion for helping people live healthier, stronger lives—and I’m excited for what comes next.
But before I turn the page, I just want to say thank you.
To the community of Gunter: Thank you for supporting a small business with a big vision.
To our patients: Thank you for trusting me and my team with your care.
To my team, past and present: Thank you for helping bring CLIMB to life.
And to my family: Thank you for riding every high and low of entrepreneurship with me. You sacrificed more than most people will ever know.
I built CLIMB to make a difference in people’s lives. I never expected the people who walked through those doors to make such a difference in mine.
Here’s to the memories, the people, and the next chapter.
With all my heart,
