Our token wellness post! We had our annual mammos and mimosas/margs/mocktails with Dr Melanie Scott! If you need us to schedule your mammos please let us know and we’re happy to try to arrange a schedule so you could go with a friend!

Also shout out to Dr Kiper who has introduced us all to Lagree with Core South! The new Guntersville location opened last weekend and we all went for a class. Come to a class sometime and you may even have Dr Kiper as an instructor or have some of us in your class. We’re enjoying strengthening our core together which is so important as we try to age healthily!
