“Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all.” - Whitney Houston. I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life and body image as well. I bullied being the fat girl. I took me years to trult learn what it meant to love myself. Learning to see your own beauty and worth is powerful. Not everyone will always like you, nor love you. That’s ok, because more important than anyone else liking or loving you, is you. I can tell you as a wife and mother, that even till this day sometimes I struggle to see my own beauty and embrace my body as it continues to change with age, health and fitness. Modeling loving myself has become even more important because I am mom. To anyone struggling with self-love, body image or acceptance. Know you are enough, you are beautiful, you are worth it, you are deserving of love, you are loved and you are unique. There’s only one you! You are precious. You are amazing .
