You need a team that celebrates your family in every season, not just one month a year. 🌈

This Pride Month, our team wanted to share something from the heart. Our commitment to you doesn't follow a calendar. When you're ready, we'll be here. ✨

🏳️‍🌈 This June, we're also putting that commitment into action by fundraising for the Center on Halsted. Our goal is to raise $6,000 by the end of the month, and we'd love your help getting there. For every like and comment on our Pride posts this June, we'll donate $5. You can find the donation page here: https://bit.ly/afcc-pride-26

Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

AFCC is fundraising for the Center on Halsted — Chicago's LGBTQ+ community center and one of the most impactful organizations supporting the q***r community in the Midwest.

Here's how it works: we're starting with a $1,000 base donation, and for every like or comment on our Pride posts this June, we'll add $5 more — up to $1,500.

💜But we're not stopping there. Our goal is to raise $6,000 by June 30, and we need your help to get there. Visit our dedicated donation page — follow along and share the link with friends and family. Every little bit counts: bit.ly/afcc-pride-26

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Tumi Kuyoro, now a board-certified REI subspecialist! 🎉

This is the highest credential in fertility medicine. It comes only after becoming a board-certified OB-GYN — medical school, a four-year residency, and board exams — followed by a three-year REI fellowship and a rigorous two-part subspecialty board exam plus a research thesis. Dr. Kuyoro has been a fully trained, fully credentialed physician throughout; this milestone is the national seal on her subspecialty expertise. Years of dedication, and we couldn't be prouder. Congratulations! 💜

The name changed. The condition didn't — but what this means for patients matters.

Earlier this month, PCOS was officially renamed PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome). Now that the initial wave of news has settled, here's what we want our patients to know 👇

✅ The old name implied it was all about cysts on the ovaries — it wasn't accurate

✅ PMOS better reflects that this is a complex hormonal and metabolic condition affecting the whole body

✅ This change was 14 years in the making, backed by 22,000 patients and professionals worldwide

✅ Your diagnosis, your care, and your team at AFCC haven't changed — this is about better understanding and less stigma

If you've been living with PCOS — now PMOS — your experience is finally being named correctly. 💙

Join MySpermBank for a webinar on Male Factor Infertility on Wednesday, June 3 from 7 – 8 pm CT.

Male factor infertility affects nearly half of all couples facing fertility challenges, yet it's discussed much less often than female infertility.

Our expert panel will cover:

✔️ Common causes of male infertility
✔️ Lifestyle and health factors that impact fertility
✔️ Treatment and fertility preservation options
✔️ The emotional impact of fertility challenges on individuals and couples

Hosted by Brian Mazza, founder of HPLV and Prelude patient, and featuring fertility specialist Dr. Daniel Shapiro of Reproductive Biology Associates & MySpermBank, and Dr. Ali Domar, Chief Compassion Officer at The Prelude Network — this is a conversation you won't want to miss.
