🙏What to expect:

60 min Class - we start with a Breathwork Practice then gentle movements & stretches while sitting chair. Then stand the last 15 mins to practice balance with chair to assist if needed.
Ending with a few minutes of mindfulness or meditation.

We have warm tea available afterwards for a moment of community connection.

I have been offer Chair Yoga Classes since 2021. Body movement is something I have always loved even as a kid, yoga found me in Massage school & I loved it. The full body connection and mindful movements plus the breathwork - I found so much benefit in my own body. After moving to Guttenberg and starting my massage practice- it was a natural fit to be come a Yoga teacher.

In 2020, I attended Body + Soul 200 hr teacher training program- filled with amazing instructors to learn from! Bringing this knowledge back to Guttenberg & adapting what I learned to offer a Yoga Class for those who get up and down on the floor was not comfortable for them.

We have been growing strong in community connection and Chair Yogis have told me numerous times -that they can feel when they have missed class! Some have gotten hip and knee replacements & credit doing Chair Yoga before their operation & afterwards , in helping them in a better recovery!

Women & a few men have enjoyed this class over the last 6 years- they now hug on entering and check in on life matters with one another- seriously this is one of my favorite offerings. It warms my heart to see the connection they feel with their bodies & with each other.

🔥As the weather gets cooler- the Infrared Sauna feels so good (even tho the health benefits are year round)…

Health Benefits include:

Other details:
- We offer 60 min sessions - $25

- Our Sauna fits two people comfortably, so you can bring a buddy for no extra cost.

- Available to book during week (just message us).

- Also available during our open shop hours. Being we pre-warm our sauna reserving a time helps insure this happens for you.

- Our sauna temp ranges 100-170, although we suggest staying between 120-140 for most users.
You are in charge of temp. We prewarm up to 100-120 range (& you can always open the door to cool down)

- What to wear… anything you are comfortable sweating in- gym clothes, swimsuit, birthday suit

- We provide towels to dry off or wrap up in

- Chromotherapy Lights are inside the sauna & you can pick you choice of color therapy. A color chart with their healing properties are in sauna room to reference.

-The heat source is infrared wavelength- ours includes far , middle and near infrared (full spectrum) that pe*****te to the core of the body to heat up the body to promote healing. There is NO steam or dry air- so breathing is easy!

There is a lot of research on Infrared Saunas and their benefits including reducing the chances of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s ✨

We had a lovely evening playing with plants!
Sara Davis shared her extensive collection of Herbs wild harvested from her family farm + the Divine Blends Herbal Bar… we were in our glory creating customized tea blends, making our own incense cones, and making unique dream pillows ✨

Keep an eye out for more workshops and day retreats coming up this fall in winter!

🌿Many clients been enjoying our Salt Therapy Booth…
One client came in with a sinus headache , sat in there for the 20 min treatment as so breathed deep… she messaged me the next morning to tell me she cleared a lot of mucus out afterwards & her headache went away!
