Help us welcome our new Director of Nursing, Brandy Tharp! 💙

Some of you may already recognize Brandy because she has been part of the PCHC family, working with us part-time. Well… we decided we liked her too much to let her stay part-time!

We’re excited to officially welcome Brandy to the PCHC team full-time as our Director of Nursing! Her experience, dedication, compassion, and commitment to our patients make her a wonderful addition to our leadership team.

We’re grateful to have her stepping into this new role and look forward to all the great things she’ll bring to PCHC. We know she’ll continue helping our nursing team provide the excellent, compassionate care our patients deserve.

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

At PCHC, this month means a little more to us than just wearing pink. It’s a reminder that behind the statistics are real people, our mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, coworkers, patients, and loved ones.

This month, we wear pink not only to raise awareness, but to show support, strength, hope, and love for everyone affected by breast cancer.

And most importantly, we encourage everyone to take care of themselves, stay informed, and talk with their healthcare provider about breast health and recommended screenings.

From all of us at PCHC, we’re proud to wear pink and stand together this October.

🎀 Octubre es el Mes de Concienciación sobre el Cáncer de Mama 🎀

En PCHC, este mes significa un poco más para nosotros que solo vestir de rosa. Es un recordatorio de que detrás de las estadísticas hay personas reales: nuestras madres, hermanas, hijas, amigas, compañeras de trabajo, pacientes y seres queridos.

Este mes, vestimos de rosa no solo para crear conciencia, sino para mostrar apoyo, fuerza, esperanza y amor a todos los afectados por el cáncer de mama.

Y lo más importante, animamos a todos a cuidarse, mantenernos informados y hablar con su proveedor de salud sobre la salud mamaria y las revisiones recomendadas.
