🌟🩺Meet Mayra🩺🌟
Mayra graduated from SCCC in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). She has been part of the High Plains Clinic family for six years and took on the role of Clinic Manager last year.

This new chapter has brought many opportunities for personal and professional growth, and Mayra is excited to continue learning, growing, and helping High Plains Clinic expand its services and continue providing quality care to the community.

Mayra enjoys working alongside the amazing teams at High Plains Clinic and Memorial Hospital of Texas County, who share the same passion for providing excellent patient care. 💜

Outside of work, Mayra enjoys spending time with her boys, reading and crafting - activities that keep her grounded and inspired. 💜

🩺🩷 Meet Jocelyn! 🩷🩺

Jocelyn received her Medical Assistant certificate from Amarillo Medical Assistant School in December 2025 and has been working as a Medical Assistant for almost a year. During that time, she has discovered just how much she truly loves caring for others and being part of the healthcare field.

Jocelyn is excited to continue growing professionally, gaining valuable experience, and hopes to pursue nursing school in the future. 🩺✨

Outside of work, Jocelyn is a proud mama to two beautiful daughters, who are her greatest motivation. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and making special memories with the people she loves. ✈️🌎💕

We are so happy to have Jocelyn as part of our High Plains Clinic family and look forward to watching her continue to grow in her healthcare career!

Lucero has been a dedicated LPN for 12 years. She and her husband, Marcos, are proud parents to three wonderful children.

Lucero joined the HPC team in July of this year, where she was excited to reunite with Kimberly and Selene.

🩺Mayra Figueroa has been a receptionist at HPC for one year and has become a valuable asset to our team. She is always willing to help patients, coworkers, and members of our community in any way she can. Her positive attitude, dependability, and dedication to providing excellent customer service make her an import part of the clinic.

🩺Mayra Ponce has been a receptionist at HPC for almost a year after transferring from MHTC. She has quickly become a valued member of our team through her positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed. She enjoys assisting patients, providing Spanish translation when needed to ensure clear communication, and making every patient feel welcome.

Today we're celebrating an incredible accomplishment! After four years at Memorial Hospital of Texas County Authority, Kaylee has officially become a Medical Laboratory Technologist! 🧪👏
