Revision rhinoplasty requires precision, structure, and a deep understanding of what has changed beneath the surface.

This 23-year-old patient presented with a polly beak deformity following a primary rhinoplasty performed elsewhere. To restore balance and definition, a revision rhinoplasty was performed using both septal and ear cartilage grafts.

Septal cartilage grafts were used to support and refine the nasal tip, while excess supratip cartilage was carefully removed. A small crushed ear cartilage camouflage graft was then placed to create a smoother, straighter, and more natural-appearing nasal dorsum. The result is a refined nasal profile with improved structure, elegant contour, and a more harmonious appearance.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of a previous rhinoplasty, a consultation can help you understand what may be possible with revision surgery.

Every patient comes with a different reason for seeking surgery, different goals, and a different set of challenges. That’s why no two rhinoplasty procedures should ever be approached the same way. A successful outcome can restore confidence, improve quality of life, and help patients move forward with a renewed sense of self.

This patient was dealing with Poland syndrome, a condition where chest muscles and bones develop differently, usually on one side. A tissue expander was placed at a young age to gradually add volume as her other breast grew. Years later, it was replaced with a silicone implant to closely match the other side.

If you or someone you care about is facing something similar, send me a DM or click the link in my bio. I’m here to help.

A new carousel with my beautiful patients, all happy with their rhinoplasty results.

The best compliment my patients receive is that they look better, more confident, and refreshed, yet no one can tell exactly why. This is the mark of a well-performed rhinoplasty: a result that improves overall facial balance while still looking natural and completely authentic to the patient.

A gentle, noninvasive correction: infant ear molding was performed on this 2-week-old baby with severely prominent congenital external ear deformities involving both ears. The EarWell system was used to reshape and support the ears while the cartilage was still soft and responsive.

The baby was seen weekly over 6 weeks for cleaning, adjustment, and replacement of the devices as needed. At the end of treatment, the EarWell devices were removed, revealing an excellent correction.

The result is beautifully improved ear shape and very happy parents. Early evaluation is essential, as infant ear molding is most effective within the first few weeks of life. To learn more about infant ear molding, schedule a consultation via the link in bio.

Modern aesthetic medicine is no longer about choosing between surgical and non-surgical options, the most effective approaches often combine both.

Surgical procedures address structural concerns and create long-lasting changes, while non-invasive treatments improve skin quality, refine details, and help maintain results over time.

When combined, these approaches lead to more precise, natural-looking outcomes that age well with the patient rather than looking overdone or temporary.

A complex revision breast augmentation designed to restore structure, support, and symmetry.

This 19-year-old patient had previously undergone breast augmentation, followed by an initial revision attempt performed by another plastic surgeon. She presented with severe inferior malposition of the right breast implant, where the implant had descended too low and the right inframammary fold required reconstruction. To restore proper implant position and rebuild support, a popcorn capsulorrhaphy was performed, and GalaFLEX mesh was placed to reinforce the right inframammary fold.

Several months postoperatively, her implant position has been restored, with excellent improvement in breast shape, contour, and symmetry. Complex revision cases require a clear understanding of anatomy, implant mechanics, and long-term support.
