This month, we’re highlighting Patricia Osagia, who has been with HomeWell for about five years as a CHHA.

Patricia loves taking care of people and has built a close relationship with the couple she currently cares for. She especially enjoys how family-oriented they are, as it reminds her of the time she spent caring for her own parents.

Patricia does a great job making her clients feel comfortable and at ease. She takes pride in getting to know the people she cares for and building a genuine connection with them.

When asked what makes a good caregiver, Patricia said, “You have to be a patient person.”

Her advice to anyone starting out as a CHHA is simple: “Just be you! You have to be yourself!”

And when she’s not working, you can probably find Patricia watching an action movie (especially one starring Jason Statham!)
