Preschoolers don’t come with instruction manuals. So we’re writing one. 😂🧠
And no, it’s not a manual on how to get 3-year-olds to sit still. (Although wouldn’t that be nice?)
Today was all about working WITH teachers to build a preschool program grounded in one big idea:
We can’t expect kids to know skills we haven’t taught them.
We’re moving from telling expectations to teaching them. Building structure without sacrificing flexibility. And creating consistency without losing what makes each classroom—and each child—unique.
The end goal? A teacher-created preschool manual that helps everyone work from the same skill-building foundation while leaving room for the beautiful unpredictability of 3- and 4-year-olds.
Because the goal isn’t just better behavior.
It’s building the brains and skills behind it. 💪🧠
