Our ADHD assessments consider each individual’s unique presentation, including how symptoms impact relational and occupational functioning. We also take time to rule out differential diagnoses and consider symptoms across the lifespan.

By combining a thorough clinical interview using the DIVA with computerized assessment, we can better understand which executive functions may be most impacted and use that information to help guide treatment recommendations.

If you’re considering an ADHD assessment, reach out today to learn more about our process and how we can help.

September is Su***de Prevention Month. You don’t have to have the perfect words to show someone they’re not alone.

✔️Notice the signs: Pay attention to changes in mood, behavior, isolation, hopelessness, or talk about wanting to die.

✔️Ask directly: It’s okay to ask, “Are you thinking about suicide?” Asking directly does not put the idea in someone’s head.

✔️Listen & stay connected: Take them seriously, listen without judgment, and remind them they don’t have to navigate this alone.

✔️Connect them with support: Help them reach a trusted person, mental health professional, or crisis resource. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
