Starting solids is a terrifying but exciting time! It’s okay to be anxious but my best advice is try not to let your anxiety get in the way of your child’s exploration. One way to overcome your anxiety is by taking classes to prepare and by doing your own research.

Every minute of every hour of every day babies are born. And every minute of every hour of every day there is a parent somewhere struggling to breastfeed. As a lactation consultant who does home visits, there is very little that will stop me from coming over to help you. A little snow is no match for my 2012 Honda 🙂
