Stafford Race for HOPE Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike

Price Increase This Weekend - Saturday is the last chance to register at the current price!

The race will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 7:00 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Manahawkin Lake Park III, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.

🟢 T-Shirts to first 200 entries
🟢 Custom Finishers Medal to all multisport finishers

Stafford Township is located just minutes from beautiful Long Beach Island. Come down, race, and enjoy a nice weekend on the white sandy beaches of LBI before summer gets into full swing. The Stafford Race course is flat and fast. The swim is in a deep fresh water lake. The bike course will be fast and is freshly paved and smooth (when the bridge construction is complete, we hope to add it back to the bike course). The run takes you along the lake road through the quiet neighborhood of Deer Lake Park. The run is an out and back course so you can keep an eye on and track down your competition. You don't want to miss this event.

DQ Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, Aquathlon, & Super Sprint Tri at Vincentown

The race will take place Saturday July 11th, 2026 - 8:00 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Race St., Vincentown, NJ.

The price will increase in 2 weeks. June 12th is the last chance to register at the current price point.

The swim is in a fresh water lake, the bike and run will be contested on roads though scenic farmland, the course is flat and fast.

Triathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim, 15 mile Bike, & 5k Run

Duathlon Distances: 2 mile Run, 15 mile Bike, & 5k Run

Aquabike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 21.5 mile Bike

Aquathlon Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 5k Run

Super Sprint Triathlon: 200 yard Swim, 6.8 mile Bike, 1 mile Run

Sunset Lake Triathlon - June 20, 2026

Come join us as we bring back a classic race to Sunset Lake. This race was a staple of the South Jersey triathlon scene for many years. Maybe you participated in this event in the past or maybe you always wanted to but didn't get a chance. Either way you won't want to miss out on this race. The swim and run portions of this event take place in and around Bridgeton Park and the Cohanzick Zoo on paved trails and closed roads. The bike portion takes place on scenic country roads.

The bike course is heavily monitored by police and will be on partially closed with only limited local traffic.

The run course is on paved trails and closed roads.

**Not a triathlete but enjoy cycling? This event has a bike only option**

*The Olympic Swim will be one loop!
*We have new paved run trails around the park

This event is part of the DQ Events Grand Prix and DQ Events Club Challenge.

Duathlon Distances: 2 mile Run, 13 Mile Bike, & 5k Run

Aquabike Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 13 mile Bike

Swim/Run Distances: 1/4 mile Swim & 5k Run

Bike Only: 26 mile Time Trial Start
