Great ones give us opportunities to learn together. 🤝

We recently welcomed the Mars Biomedical team to DESCO HQ for a hybrid training session with 18 of our team members!

We’re always looking for ways to strengthen our knowledge, share best practices, and learn from others who care about doing great work.

There’s more than one way to build a career in healthcare.

When you hear “HTM,” you might think of technicians working on medical equipment.

That’s an important part of the industry, and there are several other roles that create the constellation of relationships that is HTM.

It’s a career path that brings together technology + problem-solving + healthcare — with hands-on learning playing an important role.

We’re proud to highlight the College of Biomedical Equipment Technology (CBET) and the role they play in helping people build skills for careers in healthcare technology.

Another pathway is the AAMI BMET Apprenticeship Program, which combines education with paid, on-the-job training and mentorship. CBET is one of the educational organizations supporting the program, and DESCO is proud to be an AAMI BMET Apprenticeship Employer Partner.
