💜🩵 Shining a Light on Su***de Prevention
This September, we’re recognizing National Su***de Prevention Month by shining a symbolic light on the importance of su***de prevention and mental health awareness.
Purple and teal are national symbols of su***de prevention awareness, representing hope, solidarity, and the importance of meaningful mental health conversations.
Our building may not actually be illuminated in these colors, but this creative image represents our commitment to keeping the conversation going and reminding our community: you are not alone.
Throughout the month, let’s work together to break the stigma surrounding mental health, check in on the people we care about, and learn how to support someone who may be struggling.
Remember: Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is available 24/7:
📱 Call or text 988 to connect with the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
Let’s shine a symbolic light on su***de prevention and remind one another that hope is always worth reaching for. 💜🩵
