This month, we’re focusing on Pilates as a powerful cross-training tool—supporting everything you love to do, whether that’s lifting in the gym, moving through a flow, or getting outside and exploring.
When we build strength, mobility, and control thoughtfully… everything else gets better.
✨ Workshops this month:
• Sunday Evening Ritual → June 7 | 7–8:30 PM
Relax, ground, and receive an energetic and emotional reset. Whether you attend once or make it a regular practice, you'll gain skills to deepen your connection to yourself. Over time, you'll find it easier to return to balance and feel better, faster. Each class includes a guided reset ritual, meditation, and shamanic journey.
• Summer Solstice Spirit Body Reset → June 21 | 4–6 PM
Join us for a special reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign for the new season. Through movement, breath, and mindful practices, we’ll support both physical renewal and mental clarity as we welcome summer together.

Gabby’s flows are creative, functional, and embodying—built with intention so you can move in a way that feels both supportive and expansive. Expect thoughtful sequencing, breath-driven movement, and space to explore how your body wants to move.
