Saturday Morning yoga with Melina begins this weekend (4/8). 9-10:15am at the Chilkat Center Dance Studio

Let’s celebrate spring with sun salutations,
some gentle backbends, hip openers, breath and a good dose of humor. Why humor? Because I am out of practice and I bet it will e funny! C’mon down. It’ll be fun and we’ll feel good afterward. ❤️- Melina

The more we lean into and honor our own light the easier it is to recognize and honor the light of all those around us. This all takes practice. That is why we gather in community Tues evenings at BodyIQ.
