During the Essential Oil Symposium for Medical Professionals back in 2017, one of the physicians mentioned that a drop of black pepper oil under the tongue is great for supporting brain inflammation.
Several things can fall under the category of brain inflammation including brain fog/memory issues, needing support on the spectrum, needing support with Lyme, and more.
If you have a little one that could benefit from this, make a roller bottle or dilute this oil with a carrier oil and apply to the spine.
This is also a great roller to help reduce the itchiness and sting that comes from bug bites.
If you need some support with constipation, diarrhea, or gas, you can actually take a drop or two internally in a capsule or apply topically over the abdomen. Always dilute this oil since it’s a hotter one.
If you are like me and have cold hands and feet, you could apply this with a warm compress to help support circulation and blood flow to muscles and nerves.
This is also an amazing oil to help with joint or muscle pain.
I personally love to cook with black pepper oil and like adding a drop or two to chili, taco meat, and more to perfectly season a dish.
Emotionally, black pepper is the oil of unmasking.
It helps individuals dive deep within the less understood parts of the self.
I can help surface trapped or repressed emotional and promote more authenticity, courage, self-awareness, and motivation.
Interestingly enough, black pepper shares a similar chemical structure to Melissa essential oil.
If you haven’t tried black pepper yet, it’s a great oil to add to your daily routine.
There is a reason it’s in the OnGuard+ Softgels.
I like doing a drop under my tongue with Frankincense and Copiaba for support.
