Your schedule is already full. Therapy shouldn’t require rearranging your entire life to make it work. The time, format, therapist fit, and how comfortable you feel all matter. Because support is a lot easier to keep showing up for when it actually works with your life. Finding what works for you might take some adjusting. That’s okay. Therapy is supposed to support your life, not become another thing making it harder.

As the seasons change, our routines often do too. Maybe you're protecting your mental health by saying no a little more often. Taking a real lunch break. Going to bed earlier. Scheduling therapy. Spending less time on your phone. Or simply admitting when you're overwhelmed. Whatever it looks like for you, we'd love to hear it. Fill in the blank: ""This fall, I'm protecting my mental health by _______."" Share your answer in the comments, you might inspire someone else to do the same.

Ellie is here to support your mental health as the seasons change. Find a therapist in your area or online at https://bit.ly/4vriZFD

The car ride home can shape how young athletes remember their season. When kids hear they're valued for their effort, growth, and love of the game-not just the scoreboard-they're more likely to build confidence and enjoy playing. A few simple words can go a long way.

Recent conversations in the news serve as an important reminder that maternal mental health matters.

Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring significant emotional and psychological challenges. Conditions like postpartum depression, anxiety, and other perinatal mood disorders are common, treatable, and deserve compassion—not judgment.

If you or someone you love is struggling, know that you are not alone. Seeking support is a sign of strength, and help is available.

You deserve care. You deserve support. You deserve to be heard.💙

You don’t have to navigate this season alone. Our therapists are experienced in supporting individuals through pregnancy and the postpartum journey, with convenient online scheduling and immediate appointments available.

Let’s bust some therapy myths. 🚫🧠

You don’t need to be “broken” to go. Crying isn’t mandatory. And no, your therapist isn’t judging you.

Not every struggling athlete looks burned out. Sometimes it shows up as irritability. Sometimes it's a sudden lack of motivation. Sometimes it's a kid who used to love their sport but now dreads practice, seems emotionally checked out, or just doesn't seem like themselves. It's easy to assume they're being lazy, distracted, or going through a phase. But burnout, anxiety, and performance pressure can affect athletes at every level. If something feels different, trust that instinct. A simple conversation can open the door to support long before things reach a breaking point.

Summer can make it seem like everyone else is having the best few months of their life. Every scroll brings another vacation, another celebration, another picture-perfect moment. Meanwhile, real life is still happening. Bills still need to be paid. Work still needs to get done. Relationships still have hard moments. Mental health struggles don't disappear just because it's sunny outside. When we compare our everyday lives to someone else's carefully selected moments, it's easy to feel like we're missing out or falling behind. The truth is that most people are carrying things you can't see through a screen. If social media has been leaving you feeling worse instead of more connected, that feeling is worth paying attention to.
