Amazing experience today! I was outside the office with a client who had just purchased "The Chrysalis" book when I spotted a monarch butterfly flitting by. It flew to the front of my house where the milkweeds always grow. Sure enough, she was laying eggs on these tiny new milkweed! I had just mowed around them yesterday. So grateful I did! The monarch are here and they depend on milkweed for their eggs and flowers for their food. Please help them out! 🦋🌱🪻🏵

I'm still here! To be honest, social media has turned me off lately with so much AI, etc. But I am REAL and so is this fresh, sunny day! I received quite a bit of feedback after my New Year's Day walk, that many people had wanted to make it, but couldn't. And they said they hoped I'd do another group walk! Well, I'd like to do just that. The purpose is to have a sense of community while getting outside and enjoying movement. As the summer goes on, I'd like to have some paddling groups and even an open water swim! For now, let's start with a hike at Ontario Pathways, the Freshour Road parking lot. If you're interested, please lmk in comments or reach out privately if weekend or weekday evening is better for you. Then soon I shall create an event and share!

The past 4 days (Thursday-Sunday) were both tortuous and amazing for me. I attended the Psychotherapy Networker Symposium from DC virtually and was inundated with so much great info. I struggled to take it all in. It was hard to sit that long. However, some of the wisdom gleaned is sticking with me.
The images here? I was having a blast snowshoeing in the Adirondacks a few weeks ago. I learned really quickly that one false move and you sink, winding up in a sudden face plant! Jarring,yes. But fun? Hell yea!
My encouragement...anyway that you can today, remember that you're alive and show up in your life. Stretch that window of tolerance for fear and take a step. Build your mind, spirit or body, one little step at a time. 👣
