May is ALS Awareness Month 💙

At Texas Elite Therapy Team, we stand with individuals and families affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), ALS can impact speech, voice, swallowing, communication, and mobility — but every person’s journey deserves to be met with compassion, dignity, and support.

Speech therapy can help individuals with ALS maintain communication abilities, explore AAC devices and alternative communication options, support swallowing safety, and improve quality of life throughout every stage of care.

This month, we honor the strength of those living with ALS, their caregivers, and the healthcare teams walking alongside them every day. 💙
