I am a licensed Body Art Technician Tattooist more commonly known as a permanent makeup artist!

I do brows, lips, and eyeliner at Beauty By Belle. Just lik all other tattoo artists, I had to complete a 40 hour course and 200 hours of apprenticeship for tattooing on human skin! I have been in the field for a year and I worked and studied in Anoka at the iLash Beauty School.
