Ready to take your Hot Pilates practice to the next level?

Join Bridget L Harrington and Joy for an immersive Hot Pilates Teacher Training at Kula Yoga Studio! whether your goal is to deepen your personal practice or gain the confidence and skills to teach your own classes.

This training is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the Hot Pilates method. You’ll learn proper alignment, functional movement patterns, effective cueing, anatomy, and intelligent class sequencing while discovering what makes a safe, challenging, and inspiring Hot Pilates class.

Through hands on practice, mentorship, and real teaching experience, you’ll leave with the confidence to create and lead your own dynamic classes, or simply move through your own practice with greater awareness, knowledge, and intention.
