Our Silver Creek office will be temporarily closed while one of our providers is on maternity leave.

We are officially moving our Saturday Walk-In Sick Clinic to our Big Tree office effective this Saturday 5/2.

Please spread the word, it will no longer be held at our Derby office due to the increasing volume of our patients as well as Derby no longer being centrally located for all of our offices.

We appreciate your patience during this transition!

Good morning everyone!

We are having inbound phone call issues currently at all of our offices sporadically. The issue is currently being worked on by our IT support and should be resolved shortly.
If you cannot get a hold of one office, please try calling another and we will be able to accommodate your requests. We apologize for any inconvenience at this time.

Hi Everyone! Due to the snow and our staff commutes 2 of our offices will be closed today.

Our Dunkirk Office (402 Main St Dunkirk NY 14048) and our Silver Creek Office (194 Central Ave Silver Creek NY 14136) are CLOSED today due to the weather. We will be calling all patients to reschedule shortly, however, please do not come to those offices.

Our Derby, Big Tree and Abbott Road offices are open normal hours!
