Chair YOGA! What does a typical class look like? Mobility issues, back problems, rehabilitation after surgery, light movements that can open the spine, help lower back pain and improve circulation. These movements can transfer to any office setting before a big presentation or after a stressful deadline, or home environment before going to sleep. You are balancing the left and right hemispheres of your brain, through lateral and alternating side movements while breathing. The Medicine Frog Studio now has one hour Chair and Yin Yoga Classes on Wednesday’s starting at 3:30 p.m.! You can find our schedule listed on the themedicimefrog.com and also massageonwhitney.com - where you can sign up for classes! I look forward to working with our Hamden commUNITY! We also have a 90 min Sound Bath Therapy with Jessica at the end of May. Bi-weekly Drum Circle with Jkyra will be announced soon!
