Who else is getting their steps in this week? 👟🐕
I’m soaking up some fresh air today and making sure to hit my movement goals. Whether it’s a brisk walk around the block or a long hike, getting those steps in is one of the simplest—and best—things we can do for ourselves!
Why I prioritize a daily walk:
Physical Benefits: It’s a great way to improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, and support joint mobility without putting too much stress on the body.
Mental Clarity: There is something about being outside that acts like a "reset" button for the brain. It’s perfect for reducing stress, clearing mental fog, and boosting your mood.
