Nora J. Fox age 98, of Hamilton, passed away on October 5, 2026 at Golden Years Nursing Home. She was born on June 7, 1928 in Flat Creek, KY, the daughter of Shelby and Mittie (Langdon) Bowling. On April 3, 1948 Nora married Benjamin A. Fox who preceded her in death on September 26, 1989. She was a past member of Fort Hamilton Chapter No. 568 Order Of Eastern Star. Nora was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her son, Michael A. Fox. She is survived by her children; Rodney E. Fox and Jill (James) Grove all of Hamilton, Grandchildren - Ryan (Annie)Fox, Ashley (Ryan)King, Lindsey Fox, Ben Fox, James (Jimmy) Grove, Tiffani (Arron Bryant) Grove. Great Grandchildren - Avery and Taylor King, Harper and Brynn Fox, AJ and Amelia Bryant. A very Special Niece, Deborah Meyer, her son Corey (Katie) Jensen, and their son, Chandler Jensen. A very special Friend, Dianne Chadwick. A special Thank You to Golden Years Nursing Center and Bella Care Hospice for their love and care. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd., Hamilton, Ohio 45013 with Chaplain Mark Erton officiating. Kenneth Ronald Lenhoff age 92, passed away on October 3, 2026. He was the son of John Eldon and Anna Lenhoff. He graduated from Hamilton High School, Hamilton, Ohio in 1952. He was a veteran of the Korean War Era serving in the United States AirForce. For more than forty years he was employed by Citigroup (Traveler’s Insurance Company). As a faithful member of his church, he served in many capacities over his lifetime. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing with his friends and the Miamisburg Business Men’s League. He married his high school sweetheart, Joan, in 1953 and they shared 73 years together. They had four children, Melissa, Stephen, James, and Nicholas, nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Kenneth was preceded in death by both parents, Eldon and Anna Lenhoff, both siblings, Betty Rhoades, Eldon (Bud) Lenhoff and 3 brother-in-laws; Lowell Rhoades, Robert Hays, and Gordon Rardon. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd., Hamilton, Ohio 45013 with Pastor Jeff Smith officiating. Ellen B. Lewis age 84 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Sunday September 27, 2026. She was born April 28, 1942 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Ellsworth and Betty Jane (Whitaker) Blossom. Ellen is survived by three children Kyle (Tresha) Lewis, Tracie Lewis, Tricia (Charles) Smith; Alexis Neal, Gabrielle (Dwight) Sims, Trei (Alex) Lewis, Connor (Brittney) Smith, Kyra Lewis; great grandchild Parker Sims and was also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John E. “Jay” Lewis; brother Donald Blossom; one sister Pat Bernath and brother in law Joe Bernath. Paula Rogers age 73, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on September 22, 2026. She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on September 7, 1953, the daughter of the late Teodoro Bermúdez Andrade and Maria Vidaña Diaz. Paula worked in the customer service field for Odd Lots for 35+ years. She is survived by Gary (Lesia) Rogers of Hamilton and Jason (fiancé Rachel Walden) Rogers of Hamilton, 7 grandchildren; Jason Rogers, Cody Rogers, Lauren Rogers, Jared Rogers, Logan Rogers, Riley Rogers, and Justin Stumpf, and two great-grandchildren; Mickenna Rogers and Matteo Rogers. Mary J. Maynard was born on February 13, 1953 and peacefully finished her course on September 14, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell (Rusty) Maynard II who she married on August 28, 1971, her parents Paul and Helen Everhart, sister Pauline Mundy, brothers George, Elmer, and Paul Jr. Everhart and longtime family’s honorary brother, Elder Paul O’Neil.
Left behind to share her testimony of her Lord and Savior are her children Brian (Megan) Maynard, and J. Reene (Orville) Valandingham, grand children Samuel (Melissa) Valandingham, Nick (Ana) Miller and Makiha Miller and her great grandchildren; Noah, Nora, Colten, Isabella Valandingham, Nick Miller III and soon to be Penelope Miller. Siblings Sue Clerrco, Galen (Misty) Everhart, Norma Davis, Gary Everhart, Sam Everhart, Dan Everhart, Ellen (Skip) Conley and honorary sister Belinda (Jim) McBean, and special sister-in-law, Jane Everhart. There are also more nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces and all members of the Family of God beyond numbers.
Mary moved to Hamilton, Ohio in 1991 and worshipped God with the TriCity Church of God. She loved to sing and was often a soloist in the services. She had a gift of helps and enjoyed using that gift in the Kingdom of God at workdays, events, potlucks, creating costumes and props for church plays, and anything that needed to be done. Norma Daneff age 95 passed away peacefully Sunday September 6, 2026. She was born June 4, 1931 in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Fred and Sadie (Webb) Winkler. Norma is survived by her daughter Nancy Gould; her beloved grandson Nicholas Gould; her cherished nephews Charlie and Tommy Winkler and also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. The family would like to thank the aides, nurses and caregivers of Berkeley and Colonial for the exceptional care they provided, Norma felt very loved. She was preceded in death by her husband Preston Daneff; son Charles “Chuck” Daneff; two brothers Fred Winkler and Harold Winkler and one sister Ruby Singleton. Kathryn L. Jackson age 88 passed away Thursday August 6, 2026. She was born August 28, 1937 in Hamilton to the late Martin and Wilhelmine (Hansmann) Shifflett. In Seven Mile on February 28, 1959 she married Earl Jackson. Kathryn is survived by her husband of 67 years Earl Jackson; two children Michael (Connie) Jackson and Denise (Thomas) Hicks; nine grandchildren Christina, Heather (Brian), Jennifer, Sarah (Sean), Morgan (Tristen), Martha (Bill), Brent (Lindsey), Geoffrey, Cedric (Rachel); numerous great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and was also survived by many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers Walter and Don; two sisters Erma and Millie and cousin Phyllis. Robert J. “Bob” Tickel, age 86, passed away Friday, July 24, 2026. He was born December 3, 1939, in Middletown, OH, to the late William and Anne (Sloan) Tickel. He married Mary Sue Combs on July 19, 1963 in Hamilton. Bob is survived by his wife Mary Sue, of 63 years; two children Susan (John) Bartlett and Robert G. (Sonya) Tickel; four grandchildren, John Robert (Jessica) Bartlett, Sarah (David) Sandquist, Emily (Seth) Bular, and Lillie Tickel; along with eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.
