Vlachos Counseling, LLC Hi, I'm Tiffany! I'm a licensed mental health therapist (MSW, LISW). I have a deep desire to help you find healing and to grow. I am an advocate and counselor.

I'm not a stranger to grief and pain, but I'm also a friend to joy and wholeness. I'd love to connect and walk alongside you! I have worked in the social work field for 7 years. I come from a person-centered, humanistic approach and a strengths-based framework. I utilize connection, experience and the latest research to work with clients towards hope and healing. nown and heard and thoroughly value meeting others where they are. I enjoy working with younger children, adolescents, and adults - really all humans! I am so grateful for this work and privilege to be a part of another's healing story, even for just a blip. Personally, I enjoy being with my family, traveling and doing anything outdoors, and creating spaces for others to gather and share a meal with. I am a Licensed Independent Social worker, licensed in Ohio. I am available via telehealth and may also provide school-based therapy based on need. I operate on a private pay basis. I function as an out-of-network provider for insurance companies, so I can help provide superbill information to clients I work with to submit for insurance reimbursement. I also operate on a sliding fee scale when spaces are available.

Did you know that self-pay therapy has many benefits for YOU?! 😲

Self-pay therapy offers benefits like increased privacy and confidentiality, more flexibility in treatment plans, freedom to choose your therapist without insurance network restrictions, the ability to avoid a formal diagnosis, and potentially more personalized care to your specific needs. Insurance companies often dictate treatment protocols and session lengths. Insurance companies also require a diagnosis which may not always be needed for everyone's circumstances.

This is why I prefer cash-pay services for my clients! I will be announcing some news in the next week for those of you who may need to use your insurance for services 😎
