This Memorial Day feels a little different for our family. 🇺🇸❤️

Last year, during my father Clayton Maggard’s battle with pancreatic cancer, we truly did not know if he would be here to celebrate another Memorial Day with us.

But through faith, strength, determination, and the prayers of so many incredible people… he’s still here.

Not only is he still here — he was even able to help a little this Memorial Day season at the shop he founded 46 years ago.

Today we honor all of the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom, but we also honor a proud veteran, father, founder, and fighter who built Maggard Memorials on those same values of service, sacrifice, hard work, and love for others.

We are beyond thankful for every extra moment, every story, every laugh, and every Memorial Day we continue to share together.

All memorials have been completed, and our crew is working hard to install them as quickly and safely as the weather allows. Granite installation requires dry and stable ground conditions to safely handle the memorials and protect the cemetery grounds from damage.

While the rain has created some challenges, we are still on target and doing everything possible to ensure each family receives the beautiful memorial their loved one deserves before Memorial Day.
