What is a healer? They're really no exact words , but there is a feeling of trust and unconditional love when you open your heart to a healer that they may serve you. A healer is someone who, despite their own pain and discomfort , will reach in to the cesspool and draw you out , they will push you to uncomfortable limits , there will be much pain... Sometimes anger and sometimes tears , but loving and trusting that person unconditionally in allowing them to totally destroy your broke down temple and then they show you without judgement how to rebuild your temple.
For the past 51 years I allowed my body to be broken, but not in ways that were beneficial to me. I was too busy saving others to save myself.
I was too busy loving others to truly love myself.
I was a child that loved to be in nature. Water was a big part of my childhood and still the desire lingers to play in the water.
I'm back to loving myself before I approach my next solar return on June 10th. I will turn 52 and I will be stronger and showing myself better love.
One step at a time.

Trained in: "Usui Shiki Ryoho" Reiki in 2022 and 2023. I recieved my Shoden (Reiki 1) and Okuden (Reiki 2) in 2022. I recieved my Shinpiden (Master/Teacher level 3/4) Reiki after 1 year of client practice in 2023) I had the blessing of in person training and attunements by Ms. Elfriede Manning from Milan Indiana. Reiki Master of 45 years (at that time)

As a personal note I've alway felt drawn to Crystal energy and have been studying Crystal Reiki since 2022. I have 34 years in the medical field in various specialties and have been on my own healing journey for years physically and spiritually.

My personal philosophy is that I am a healer by allowing Chi (vital life force energy)or God energy to flow freely thru my hands. I focus on whole body wellness, alignment and relaxation. I work with the bodies energetic centers known as Chakras. I believe that as humans we can have trauma, injury, or other emotional distress, past or present that can dim our energy centers. When dim a plethora of illness and physical and mental manifestations can occur. (I am not a mental health provider). Thru techniques I've learned during my reiki training and practice I utilize this knowledge and submission to Chi to help others on their journey find healing in whatever way their body needs. I feel that alignment, meditation, relaxation, loving touch can do wonders for the human body and spirit. Energy is not owned by me. Energy flows where energy is needed and is a gift of the universe. The body recieves what the body needs. Reiki is not religion, reiki is not an instant cure to a symptom. Reiki is a beautiful experience that takes you on a journey of what your body and mind need to heal. I especially love working with people over time to assist them on their personal journey.

I utilize crystals during my chakra alignment and full body reiki sessions.
