She’s back! Welcome to another edition of Three Things in Three Minutes with Lamonda Dye

In this episode of "Three Things in Three Minutes," LaMonda is back after a short break to share an honest look at navigating Q4 and adjusting our ongoing Dayton office pivot at LCD Agency Services. When you're executing big changes, unexpected twists happen, but staying resilient through the process is what keeps you moving forward.

Here are her three key takeaways for any leader or entrepreneur navigating a shift:

Believe in Yourself: You don't need a crowd of people to validate your vision—as long as you believe in what you're building, that is the foundation.

Stick to YOUR Plan: Even if you have to veer off course or make adjustments along the way, keep your core plan in focus. It's your blueprint, no one else's.

Know That You Can Do It: Whether you're in the beginning stages, making mid-course adjustments, or approaching the finish line—you have what it takes to execute.

Watch the video for a dose of encouragement as you tackle your Q4 goals!
