My energy will not heal you.
My being will not heal you.

YOU will be the one to heal yourself.
Your mindset.
Your being.
Your OWN energy.

And when the time is right, your body will know. Your nervous system will relax. And you'll just let go.

Literally, overwhelmed with soooo much GRATITUDE!

I was in awe with how many people joined me today for my Self Massage & Thai Foot class. 🥺 I never expected to have a class this size....yogis filled the space and then some! I was completely surrounded by love and my heart is sooo full. Thank you so much for supporting me, and my love for Thai yoga. I hope you enjoyed the class, and learned something new!

A big shout out to & for creating such a magical event. I'm also forever grateful for my family, without them none of this would even be a thing. And a big big THANK YOU to everyone who joined me on their mats today. ขอบคุณค่ะ
