Our team proudly wore purple in honor of National Purple Heart Day as a small way to recognize the incredible courage and sacrifice of the men and women who have been wounded or have died while serving our country.

We are grateful to all Purple Heart recipients and to every veteran who has answered the call to serve.

Today was a special day as we unveiled an incredible painting that will be treasured for years to come. A heartfelt thank you to local artist Ray Tim Sieracki for donating this amazing painting, inspired by a photo from one of our annual car shows!

His talent is simply extraordinary. Every detail is so lifelike that you can recognize individual people, the classic cars, and even the smallest touches that make the scene come alive. The car show is a favorite of our residents and staff, and this beautiful piece captures the spirit of those moments perfectly! We are honored to display it at Hammond Health Services where it can be enjoyed by everyone.

Red, white, ad blue was on full display today as our amazing staff had a 4th of July Parade for our residents! There were plenty of smiles and laughter, and it was a wonderful way to celebrate together. Thanks to our team for making the day so special!

This week we proudly celebrated the men and women who have selflessly served our country. As we commemorate 250 years of America's history, we are reminded that our nation's freedoms have been protected by the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of generations of veterans. To all of our veterans - thank you for your unwavering devotion to our country. We are forever grateful for your service and sacrifice. A special thank you to the American Legion and Auxiliary for being part of our ceremony.

Red, white, and blue creativity was on full display today! Our residents had a wonderful time creating beautiful fireworks paintings as we celebrated the spirit of Independence Day.
