👋 Welcome, Jasmine to the yoga team at Delta Yoga!
Jasmine began practicing yoga several years ago, and what started as a personal practice slowly grew into a deeper passion for movement, mindfulness, and the connection between body and mind. Through yoga, she has found more grounding, presence, and ease both on and off the mat.
She loves bringing a balance of flow, fun, and grounding energy into her classes so students can leave feeling more connected, capable, and at home in their bodies. Her teaching style is warm, approachable, and intentional, with an emphasis on moving with breath, building strength, and slowing down when needed.
Jasmine hopes to create a space where students feel comfortable exploring their practice, listening to their bodies, and honoring where they are each day. Outside of yoga, Jasmine enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending time with her dogs, family, and friends.
