Pink October starts today, and the ribbon means more when it comes with action.

This month, we honor the fighters in the middle of treatment, the survivors who show us what strength looks like, and those we've lost, whose memory keeps us going.

Here's how our community can show up this October:

→ Make the call. If you're due for a screening, book it this week.
→ Know your normal. Get familiar with your body so you notice when something changes.
→ Check in on the people you love. Sometimes a simple "have you scheduled yours?" is all it takes.

Talk with your physician about when screening is right for you. Finding it early can give you more options.

To everyone touched by breast cancer: Hampstead and the Topsail coast are behind you.

Twenty-five years ago today, our nation changed forever. We paused this morning to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, and to honor the first responders and service members who ran toward danger without a second thought.

At Alpha Osteopractic, we’re grateful every day for the healthcare workers, military members, veterans, and first responders in our own Hampstead community — the people who show up for others when it matters most. Today especially, we see you and we thank you.

We remember the heroes. We remember the helpers. We remember the unity that rose from the ashes when our country stood together as one.

Never forget. 🇺🇸

Standing in that doorway and watching so many of you walk through it, neighbors, patients, friends, fellow business owners, people we’ve known for years and people we met for the first time, was one of those moments I’ll carry with me for a long time. This community showed up. For us, and for our wonderful neighbors at Topsail Dental. And we felt every bit of it.

Alpha Osteopractic has always been about one thing: helping people get back to the lives they love. Fewer limitations. More strength. More years of doing the things that matter. A new building doesn’t change that mission, but it does give us more room to live it out, and we can’t wait to fill these walls with your stories, your progress, and your wins.

Thank you to the Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce for celebrating with us, to Topsail Dental for being the best building-mates we could ask for, and to every single person who came out tonight. We are so proud to be part of Hampstead. We’re here for you, and we genuinely love what we get to do every day.
