In observance of Independence Day, our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

You may leave us a voicemail or send a message through the patient portal, and our team will respond as soon as possible when we return.

With summer in full swing, we wanted to share a friendly reminder about our walk-in policy.

We are happy to accept walk-in patients when we are able to accommodate them. Please keep in mind that we also have scheduled patients and work hard to balance our appointments and walk-ins to provide quality care for everyone.

During the summer months, we often experience an increase in patient volume. There may be times when we are unable to see additional walk-in patients due to the number of patients already scheduled or the clinic’s capacity for the day.

Our team will always do our best to assist when possible and help find another appointment option when we are unable to fit someone in.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness toward our staff as we care for our community.

Today marks one year since we opened our doors to provide primary care and urgent care to the Sneads Ferry community. We are incredibly grateful for every patient who has trusted us with their health, every family who has walked through our doors, and every kind word that has kept us going.
