Summer is going by way to fast and the kiddos will be heading back to school soon.

Carolina Pediatrics is helping Communities In Schools collect school supplies for their STUFF THE BUS campaign!!! This is a program we participate in every year!

If you’re coming to one of our offices for a sports physical, wellness check or anything else, consider bringing a donation to drop in the School Bus! Scan the QR code for the wish list of supplies. Help us with helping the students in our community schools have the supplies they need to go back to school!

The collection runs through mid-August! Thank you to all our families for your consideration in advance!

In observance of the 4th of July holiday, the Wilmington and Hampstead offices will be closing at noon on Friday, July 3rd. Additionally, both offices will be closed on Saturday, July 4th.

We are pleased to announce that our Wilmington office is expanding its Saturday hours! Walk-in sick visits are now available Saturday morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

Additionally, during the summer months, we are offering well-visit appointments on Saturday mornings in Wilmington. These visits are by appointment only. If you would like to schedule a well visit, please call our office or send a message through the patient portal.

ANNOUNCING “WHAT’S NEW” AT CAROLINA PEDIATRICS!!!

We are excited to announce that we are now offering ONLINE SELF-SCHEDULING!!! Online self-scheduling is available for same day acute sick appointments in the Wilmington office. To schedule an appointment, log in to the patient portal and from the left column select “Book an Appointment”. Choose one of the available appointment times and click “Schedule”.

Appointment requests can be submitted for all visit types and for both offices by sending a message through the patient portal. Our scheduler will reach out to you to schedule the appointment. Please allow 24 business hours to contact you in regard to your appointment request. If you are seeking a same day sick or wellness visit, please call our office at 910-763-2476 for Wilmington or 910-777-2013 for Hampstead.

The Wilmington and Hampstead offices will be closed on Saturday, May 23, 2026 and Monday, May 25, 2026 so our staff and providers can enjoy time with their families for Memorial Day. Seaside Pediatrics will be covering for the weekend. Their hours for Saturday, May 23rd are 8-10 am. The office phone number for Seaside Pediatrics is 910-452-1999.

EASTER HOLIDAY HOURS:

The Wilmington and Hampstead offices will be closing at 11:00 am on Friday, April 3rd. You may still call our after hours nurse triage line by dialing 910-763-2476 for Wilmington and 910-777-2013 for Hampstead.

We will be open on Saturday, April 4th in Wilmington for regular walk-in sick appointments from 8:00 am - 11:00 am.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, April 6th for both offices.
