I’m really excited to begin offering a new service: Family Regulation Intensives. 💛

Over the years, I’ve seen so many loving families struggling with stress, dysregulation, communication breakdowns, overwhelm, and feeling stuck in patterns they don’t know how to shift.

Sometimes families don’t necessarily need long-term therapy — they need focused support, practical tools, nervous system understanding, and a compassionate outside perspective that helps things finally start making sense.

These intensives are designed to help families build:

Hello everyone,

I am honestly blown away. ✨

The first Holistic Business Networking Meeting, scheduled for March 5th, filled with 24 incredible people in just 10 days — and that kind of enthusiasm tells me something very powerful is happening within our holistic-minded community.

It is so important to me that these gatherings create real, meaningful connection. 🤝 Every single attendee has time to speak about their business, share what they offer, and be truly seen.

To preserve that experience, each meeting will continue to be intentionally capped at 24 participants.

And because there is clearly such strong interest…

I’m expanding.

Rather than simply making the room bigger, I’m expanding the opportunity.

Moving forward, I will host two standing Holistic Business Networking Meetings each month:

🗓 Third Tuesday of every month
