Franklin General Hospital is a rural hospital with 25 acute care beds, two primary care clinics, surgery suite, specialty clinic, emergency department, lab, radiology, nursing facility, assisted living facility, physical & cardiopulmonary therapy. Franklin Medical Center is open 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Franklin Medical Center also has a clinic in Latimer, Iowa. Franklin General Assisted Living had a wonderful week last week celebrating National Assisted Living Week with their incredible residents, families, and staff!

They kicked off the week with a trip to Timbukbru in Iowa Falls, enjoying Pizza Ranch pizza and a fun-filled game of Music Bingo. Tuesday brought smiles and sunshine as residents took rides in two beautiful classic convertibles. On Wednesday, they gathered at Harriman Park for a family, resident, and staff grill out featuring great music from Dawn Grozkruger. Thursday's petting zoo brought plenty of cuddles and laughter, and they wrapped up the week on Friday with a delicious 1950s diner-style brunch complete with made-to-order omelets and hashbrowns.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's National Assisted Living Week so special. It was a week full of memories, laughter, friendship, and joy

FGH's first Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic is coming up on September 28 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the FGH Ambulance Garage.

Getting your flu shot is one of the best ways to protect yourself and those around you this season. Simply drive through and our team will take care of the rest!

The Su***de Awareness Golf Tournament was a wonderful day of remembrance, support, and community coming together for an important cause. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, donated, and helped make this event a success.
