It's that time of year!

Calling All Christmas Tree Decorators!

Tinsel & Timber: Benefiting First Source for Women is right around the corner, and we are looking for individuals, businesses, churches, and groups who would love to decorate a Christmas tree for this year's event!

Whether you have a creative eye, a love for Christmas, or just want a fun way to support First Source for Women, we would love to have you be part of this special evening!

Each decorated tree helps make Tinsel & Timber a beautiful Christmas celebration while bringing our community together in support of the women and families we serve.

We are in need of baby quilts!

We have been so blessed by the outpouring of love and support from our community in providing beautiful quilts for our new moms. Each quilt is more than just a gift. It is a reminder to a mom walking through our doors that her community loves her, cares for her, and is cheering her on.

Because we have been able to bless all of our new moms, our quilt supply is now running very low!

If you quilt, sew, crochet, or have a group that would like to help, we would love to replenish our supply so we can continue giving a special quilt to each new mom.

Thank you for helping us wrap our moms and babies in a little extra love! We are so thankful for you!

First Source for Women Need!

We are looking for Bibles for new believers that include helpful extras like maps, explanations, study notes, and context throughout Scripture.

We have found these to be especially helpful for moms who may have grown up around church or have some faith background, but have never really learned how to read and understand the Bible for themselves.

As women come to know Christ through our ministry, we want to place something in their hands that will help them continue growing long after they leave our doors.

If you would like to donate a new believer or study Bible, we would be so grateful! You can drop them off at First Source during our regular hours. ❤️

Thank you to White Grove Missionary Baptist church for holding this event for First Source for Women! Stop by today!

Mark your calendars for next Friday, September 18! We’ll be hosting a one-day indoor yard sale, with proceeds benefiting First Source For Women, our local pregnancy resource center. 💕

We need your donations! If you have gently used items you’d like to contribute to the sale, you may drop them off at the church on Sundays or Wednesdays and place them in the fellowship hall. If you need to arrange a different drop-off time, please contact Pastor David to coordinate.
