Client Care & Staffing Coordinator

Golden Heart Care Center is growing, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others while keeping our clients and caregivers connected.
If you're highly organized, enjoy solving problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a heart for serving others, we'd love to meet you!
In this role, you will:
💛 Coordinate caregiver schedules
💛 Support clients and their families
💛 Recruit and onboard new caregivers
💛 Help ensure every client receives the quality care they deserve
💛 Work closely with our leadership team to help our company continue to grow
We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Has excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Is organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Can confidently manage multiple priorities
✔️ Enjoys working with both clients and caregivers
✔️ Has healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or office experience (preferred but not required)
