Workouts don't have to be complicated or involve a lot of equipment.

Here is a 10-minute strength training workout without equipment. Do 5 reps each exercise, slow and controlled, and run through it twice.
-Squats
-Reverse Lunges
-Glute bridges
-Push ups
-Plank shoulder taps

For those who cannot get on the ground and have knee or back pain use a chair:
-Standing march while holding a chair 1 min.
-Seated knee extensions for 1 min.
-Sit to stand slowly for 1 min.
-Standing calf raise 1 min.
-Standing hip extensions 1 min.
-Seated abdominal brace 1 min.
-Supported mini squats 1 min.
-Standing knee curls 1 min.
-Wall pushups 1 min.
