❤️One thing I’ve learned after years of doing this work is that information alone doesn’t create change. Most people don’t come to a session because they need more information.

They come because they’re standing at a crossroads.

They already know something isn’t working.
They already feel that something needs to shift. They already sense the answer somewhere inside them.

What they’re often looking for is clarity. Not someone to tell them what to do. Not someone to hand them all the answers… a space where they can hear themselves more clearly.

A space where insight becomes understanding, understanding becomes trust and where trust inspires action.

That’s one of the biggest ways my work has evolved over the years. I still love helping people find answers, insight, and understanding. But I’m equally interested in what happens next.

How does this truth change the way you move through your life? How does it change your relationships? Your healing? The way you trust yourself? The way you show up in the world?

Because understanding something is powerful. Living it is transformative.

✨It’s calmer. Simpler. More intentional. More aligned with who I am and the work I do today.

Over the past year, both my work and the way I hold it have continued to deepen and evolve in meaningful ways.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll begin seeing changes throughout my business — including an updated website, refreshed offerings, and a more refined overall experience that feels more aligned with the depth and intention of the work itself.

Session pricing and structures will also be evolving beginning June 1st.

PLUTO RETROGRADE IN AQUARIUS
May 6th – October 16th, 2026

Pluto, the planet of death and rebirth, power, fear, transformation, shadow work, the subconscious, and our deepest emotional truths, has officially gone retrograde in Aquarius.

And when Pluto retrogrades, the energy shifts and what was unfolding externally now begins turning inward.

The places where we have projected power, fear, identity, control, rebellion, belonging, freedom, or transformation outward into the world suddenly becomes deeply personal.

Aquarius is a more detached sign that can add some balance to the emotional depth of Pluto but Aquarius is not disconnected. Aquarius is the sign of liberation. Innovation. Revolution. The future. Community. Individuality. Authenticity. Nervous system awakening. Collective evolution. The breaking of outdated systems. The courage to become who you actually are instead of who the world conditioned you to be.

Aquarius asks:
What makes you different?
What makes you free?
What future are you helping create?
What part of yourself have you abandoned in order to belong?

Pluto moving retrograde here can feel emotionally intense in subtle but profound ways.

What outdated identities, fears, coping mechanisms, relationships, or beliefs are no longer sustainable for the future your soul is trying to grow into?

This transit may feel uncomfortable at times. But discomfort is not always misalignment. Sometimes discomfort is transformation and an old version of you simply no longer fits.

And sometimes the future arrives by first dismantling the structures you built to survive the past. Really think about that for a minute and evaluate what that means for you personally. The insights could save you a lot of grief.

Personally, this transit has been making me realize the dangerous amount of pressure I have carried for so long that it has felt “normal”. I won’t carry others anymore and I need to stop bleeding my life force to be “loved” (accepted, understood, supported, safe). Just because I am highly capable of carrying the weight does not mean I meant to indefinitely.

🐾How have your pets been the past week?

Since the Full Moon we’ve had a horse with stomach issues and suddenly limping, one of our barn cats nearly taken by a fox, lethargic duck and Tacocat spending 36 hours at the emergency vet. Luckily everyone is good! And despite what sounds like chaos… it was pretty grounded and calm.

Our neighborhood had two emergency vet calls for their horses in less than 12 hours and I’ve had numerous clients reach out about their pets needing support at the same time.

I’m hearing from so many people dealing personally with their own headaches, dizziness, vision issues, stomach issues, exhaustion and heightened emotions and a general sense that something just is off…and our animals are feeling this energy too!

For me this current Pluto retrograde (officially starts tomorrow) in Aquarius is moving through my fifth house of joy, creative expression, pleasure and the beings we hold closest to our hearts: and if you’re like me, your animals aren’t just pets their family. They’re soul companions.

The vets were certain Tacocat would need emergency surgery, with each set of X-rays improvement with the caveat surgery was still the plan. I spent a lot of time doing energy work with him and with each x-ray, there was unexpected improvement and today he came home -no surgery.

There’s so much more happening beneath the surface right now for all of us and there are small powerful ways and support our animals

-slow down and being present with them
-notice the subtle changes in behavior
-trusting your intuition about what they need -offering, calm, grounded energy.

They are not only moving through this with us that are helping carry us through these intense shifts too.

Professional soul archaeologist, truth-teller, and timeline disruptor living on 12 acres with a council of ducks who absolutely judge you.

I talk to spirits, animals, and occasionally myself.
I’ve been through the underworld, picked up a few things (not all of them mine), and came back with better boundaries and significantly less tolerance for spiritual bypassing.

You come for truth.
For clarity.
For activation.
For the moment your old life stops fitting and you’re ready to stop pretending it does.

🌕Today is a gate, a threshold, a portal. It’s the Full Moon in Scorpio, the first of 2 Full Moons this month; we have a second Full Moon, a blue moon on May 31.

It’s also Beltane: a day when the veils thin and energy peaks, a doorway to the divine.

Today and this month are pure magick.

Three years ago, I wrote about the woman I wanted to become.
The life I wanted to live.
The way I wanted to move through the world, and the way I wanted to support others.

At the time, I didn’t yet have the language for it.
I didn’t thouroughly understand it through astrology, or archetype, or initiation.

I just knew.

And then… life began to meet me there.

I’ve realized every childhood dream I once held as “impossible” or “someday”, before I hit 40.
The farm.
The horses.
The marriage.
The work using my gifts that allows me to support people and animals in a way that feels true.

The stability. The independence. The life I once imagined from far away.

And what I’ve come to understand is this:

None of it was the destination.
It was the foundation needed to step off from and to support me. I had to BUILD that first before I could BECOME… or rather return to who I am.

The last year and a half has asked something different of me.
Not more achievement—
but deeper embodiment.

A returning.
A remembering.
A stripping away of everything that was never truly me.

It has been a season of integration, healing, and quiet transformation.
Of becoming the woman who once wrote those words—
not in theory, but in truth.

And I can feel it now…

This isn’t the end of a chapter.
It’s the completion of a long initiation.
The laying of the final stone.

And the beginning of something entirely new.

I’m not fully “there.”
But I am here—
more clear, more grounded, more aligned than I’ve ever been.

And I’m beginning to live from that place.
To lead from that place.
To CREATE from that place.

This is the threshold.

Not the place where everything is finished—
but where you finally begin to live as who you truly are.

And once you step into it…
there is no going back.
